What to Expect
Join Co-Founder Christine Cown of Haven Yoga for a time to Rest, Reset & Realign in Ellijay, GA, August 22-24, 2025.
A breathtaking oasis tucked in the North Georgia mountains, Ellijay is a place that fosters connection — to nature, oneself, and each other — through nourishing meals and experiences that rejuvenate mind, body and soul.
During this 3 day / 2 night retreat, our intention is to create a restful space to enjoy daily yoga, immersive sound bath, forest bathing and hiking, as well as an optional wine tour at Roo Vineyards.
There will be ample time for building connections, nourishing our bodies with wholesome, fresh food, and enjoying the beauty of nature through hiking and relaxation.
This retreat is carefully curated and thoughtfully designed with a trauma-informed approach, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for individuals with different levels of mobility. While some prior yoga experience is recommended, all practices are designed to accommodate individuals with varying levels of experience.
As part of this retreat, you’ll enjoy two nights of comfortable accommodations. All meals are included and Haven Yoga does cater to dietary restrictions.
