You understand that with any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible. Yoga and other activity is no substitute for medical diagnosis and/or treatment. You, the student assume the risk of yoga or other activity and release the teacher(s) and Haven Yoga ATL from any liability claims. You are participating in classes or workshops with Haven Yoga ATL and are aware of the physical risks involved with exercise and understand it is Your personal responsibility to consult with Your doctor or other health care provider regarding Your participation. You have no medical condition that You are aware of, which would prevent You from taking part in classes, events or workshops, and You assume responsibility for any risk or injury You may sustain as a result of Your participation. You have read the release and waiver of liability and understand its contents. You understand that it is Your responsibility to find a pace that suits You. You agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
Haven Yoga ATL has made every effort to ensure our content has been checked for accuracy. There is no guarantee that You will see positive results to Your health using the techniques and materials provided by Haven Yoga ATL. Haven Yoga ATL assumes no responsibility for Your health, Your decisions or for practices that You implement.
Haven Yoga ATL makes no guarantees regarding results, present or future. Haven Yoga ATL is not responsible for your health.
Your Responsibility
Our Products were developed strictly for educational purposes. You understand and agree that You are fully responsible for Your use and results from the Products. Haven Yoga ATL makes no representations, warranties or guarantees. You understand that results may vary from person to person. You understand that Haven Yoga ATL is not responsible for Your results or any expenses that You may incur as a result of Your purchase. Haven Yoga ATL assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in the Products.
Purchase Policies
Content is available only to those who have enrolled in Classes or Workshops.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and may offer a refund on a discretionary basis. To request a refund, you must email havenyogaatl@gmail.com within seven days following your purchase with your request for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
For Classes and Workshops, in order to avoid penalty (full cost of class), you must cancel within four hours of the scheduled Class or Workshop. When cancelling a recurring payment, you may continue attending classes until the end of your billing cycle. Prorated refunds are not offered. To cancel an auto payment, the client must email havenyogaatl@gmail.com at least seven days before your next scheduled payment.
Privacy
Haven Yoga ATL may receive and store information that You voluntarily submit through the Website for the purpose of subscribing to the Website to receive Haven’s newsletters, to leave comments on blog posts, or to purchase Products.
Haven Yoga ATL may receive and store certain types of usage-related information when You interact with the Website, including but not limited to, Your computer’s IP address and browser information. The information we collect is used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor. With respect to cookies: we use cookies to store visitors’ preferences, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads, customize Website content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

Haven Yoga ATL may provide personal information to an applicable third party in order to provide services. Haven Yoga ATL uses the services of MailChimp for delivery of email updates. MailChimp’s use of Your personal information is subject to MailChimp’s Privacy Policy.
Will Haven Yoga ATL Share the Personal Information It Collects?
Haven Yoga ATL will not sell, distribute, or reveal users’ email addresses or other personal information without their consent.
Modification or Deletion of Personal Information
You can decline to submit personal information at any time. If You decline, Haven Yoga ATL may not be able to continue to provide service to You. Registration & Restricted Access

Haven Yoga ATL may disable Your username and password at its sole discretion.
Haven Yoga ATL reserves the right to modify methods for registration and access levels of registered users from time to time.
Confidentiality & Privacy For Class Participants
Haven Yoga ATL respects Your privacy and insists You agree to respect the privacy of Haven Yoga ATL and all other Class participants (“Class Participants”). Any confidential information (“Confidential Information”) shared by Class Participants or any Haven Yoga ATL student or representative is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the disclosing party. All Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, in the Facebook group that is open to enrolled members of a Class, or otherwise. You agree not to use such Confidential Information in any manner other than in discussion with other Class Participants during the Class. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party. Both Parties will keep Confidential Information in strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the Confidential Information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft. You agree not to violate the Company’s publicity or privacy rights. Furthermore, You will NOT reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement. Further, by purchasing this Class, You agree that if You violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement the Company and/or the other Class Participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
Ownership of Materials
All original materials provided by Haven Yoga ATL as part of the Products are owned by Haven Yoga ATL. Any original materials are provided for Your individual use only. You are not authorized to use or transfer any of Haven Yoga ATL’s intellectual property. All intellectual property remains the property of Haven Yoga ATL. No license to sell, distribute, reproduce, prepare a derivative work, display or perform is granted or implied. Haven Yoga ATL will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
Use of the Website
Unless otherwise stated, Haven Yoga ATL owns the intellectual property and rights to all content and material on the Website. Subject to the license below, all intellectual property rights are reserved.
