Learn the basics of yoga alongside your Haven Kid. Through breath and movement, Haven Kids will develop self-confidence, self-awareness and self-control. Starting a yoga practice at a young age establishes a foundation for a strong mind and body.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics, the Foundations Workshop Series is designed to deepen your understanding of your yoga practice from the ground up.
Together, we’ll explore breath awareness, break down foundational postures, learn about prop support, and discuss yoga philosophy in an approachable, non-judgmental environment with space for questions and curiosity along the way. No experience or flexibility required — just come as you are.
