  • BLOOM: BREATHWORK + GENTLE YOGA

    Through intentional breathwork, mindful movement, reflective journaling, and restorative postures, you’ll soften the body, calm the nervous system, and open to a renewed sense of ease.

  • DAY OF MINDFULNESS: HALF DAY RETREAT

    MARCH 22 | 12-4PM |

    Participants will be led through a sequence of guided meditations — including sitting, walking, mindful movement, and eating. Time will be dedicated towards the end for reflection, discussion, and questions.

  • SLOW FLOW + JOURNALING

    APRIL 19 | 3:30-5PM |

    Beginning with a slow flow, followed by guided meditation to focus your mind. Finally, we will venture into a journaling portion focused on tuning into your intuition.
