Through guided meditation, gentle movement, and reflective inquiry, participants will learn how mindfulness helps cultivate presence, clarity, and resilience — even in the midst of life’s challenges. Each session combines experiential practice and discussion centered around a specific theme, including Understanding Mindfulness & Perception, Exploring the Body and Breath, Recognizing Reactivity and Stress Patterns, and Responding vs. Reacting.

Meditation Series

Foundations of Meditation — 8 Weeks

SUNDAYS 3-5PM, BEGINNING JANUARY 11th

  • (8) 2-hour Sessions + Guided Meditations 

  • Everything included in Intro to Meditation + access to support outside of sessions & digital course materials

  • Eligibility for participation in Day of Mindfulness 3/22 12-5PM - a half day retreat March 22nd at Haven Yoga for an additional $100.
